Shipping policy

Order Processing
We are a small team and will process your orders as soon as possible, generally within 1–2 working days of the order being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 2 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

US Delivery
We deliver throughout the United States through our partner Asterism. Standard delivery typically takes 2 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Major Books is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information may be available depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@major-books.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and return them for a full refund, provided items are returned in their original condition. Please contact us at contact@major-books.com to initiate a return.
